What We Do Not Claim

Holding a state pharmacy license is not the same as FDA approval, FDA registration, or DEA registration, and we do not claim any of those separately. Where a product itself is regulated under an FDA OTC monograph, that is a statement about the product category, not an additional certification of Omega Chemist. State pharmacy board information referenced on those pages is provided for buyer reference and reflects the regulator with jurisdiction over pharmacy practice in that state — it is not a claim that Omega Chemist holds a license issued by every state board listed, only the Texas license above.
